Welcome to Primrose Printery. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to the following terms.

1. About Us

Primrose Printery ("we," "us," "our") sells physical merchandise and prints. We are based in Utah, and these terms are governed by Utah state law.

2. Orders & Payment

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
We accept all payment methods supported by our Shopify checkout, including credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and PayPal.
Prices are listed in USD. Sales tax is calculated and added at checkout.
We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to inventory errors, pricing mistakes, or suspected fraud. If we cancel your order, you'll receive a full refund.

3. All Sales Final

All sales are final. Due to limited supplies, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

For pickup orders, please examine your items at pickup before leaving. If an item is damaged or defective, it must be noted to us at pickup so we can address it on the spot. Issues not noted at pickup are not eligible for a refund or replacement.

For shipped orders, if an item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damage or defect, and we'll work with you on a refund or replacement. Claims made after 24 hours will not be eligible.

4. Local Pickup & Shipping

Pickup and shipping terms, including pickup location and hours, uncollected orders, shipping regions and rates, and the limited-time sell-off window, are outlined in our Shipping & Pickup Policy.

5. Product Availability

All merch is offered while supplies last. We do not guarantee availability of any item, including restocks, and reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

6. Intellectual Property

All original designs, artwork, and content created by Primrose Printery are our property and may not be reproduced, resold, or used commercially without our written permission.

Some products are created in connection with the Emma M. Lion book series by Beth Brower, and our St. Crispian's Tea Society event is held under agreement with Beth Brower and Rhysdon Press LLC. Related merchandise is reviewed and approved by Rhysdon Press LLC prior to sale to ensure consistency with the source material; this approval does not make these items "official," "licensed," "sponsored," or "endorsed" by Beth Brower or Rhysdon Press LLC. These products are independently made by Primrose Printery. All associated characters and story elements remain the property of their rights holder.

7. Limitation of Liability

Primrose Printery is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products. Our maximum liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
